Articles, research and other material on this site are published for general information. They are not consulting, legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and they do not take account of your circumstances. You should not act on anything here without taking advice appropriate to your situation. No client relationship is created by reading this site or by contacting us through it.
Accuracy
We take care over what we publish, and we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, current or free from error. Figures and research cited from third parties remain the work of those parties and are attributed where used. We may change or remove material at any time.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, the Comdatus name and the Comdatus logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to our articles. You may not republish substantial extracts, or use our name or logo, without written permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another site, including our LinkedIn page, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
Submissions
If you send us a message, an enquiry or your CV, you confirm that you are entitled to send that information and that it is accurate. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.
Consultations, payment and cancellation
A consultation is paid in advance at the price shown when you book. The fee covers a single session of the stated length, preparation beforehand, and a written summary afterwards.
Rescheduling. You may move your consultation once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 24 hours beforehand. Email us and we will offer alternative times.
Cancellation by you. Cancel at least 24 hours beforehand and we will refund the fee in full. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refundable, because the time has been held and the preparation done.
Cancellation by us. If we have to cancel, you may take another time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If the session does not happen. Where a technical failure on our side prevents the consultation, we will rearrange it or refund you in full.
Refunds are returned to the card used to pay, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw it without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Comdatus Consulting is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. We will name that jurisdiction here once the business is formally registered.
